Q: What is mode of payment? Can I avail of an Auto Debit Arrangement (ADA) in MMFP similarly offered by competitor banks?

A: MMFP offers ADA through Security Bank. You may enroll your Security Bank account for auto-debit to ensure hassle-free payments.

Q: Would there be prepayment penalties or fees if loan would be fully paid ahead of time? Would interest charges still be applied on the payoff amount? Rebates?

A: No prepayment penalties. Customers can settle their loan early without extra charges. They pay interest accrued up to date of payoff.

Q: What is Mitsubishi Motors Finance?

A: MITSUBISHI MOTORS FINANCE is the financial services product of Mitsubishi Motors Finance Philippines Inc. which is jointly owned by Mitsubishi Motors Corporation and Security Bank Corporation.

Q: What are the advantages of MMFP from other local universal banks?

A: MMFP is a captive finance company dedicated to financing of Mitsubishi Motors vehicles from the Mitsubishi Motor dealerships. Powered by Security Bank’s infrastructure, ensuring faster processing, customized loan programs and better alignment with dealer operations.

Q: Is transfer of SVC approval possible from other dealers?

A: Transfer of approval will be treated as fresh new application but with note that client has previous approval from other dealer.

Q: What kind of financial products are offered from MMFP?

A: Auto Loan products for purchase of a brand-new Mitsubishi Motors vehicles are offered. Loan amount up to 80% of purchase price, and up to 5 years loan term.

Q: What are the interest rates for a car loans offered by MMFP?

A: Refer to Dealer Offer Rate (MMFP loans are applicable through Mitsubishi Motors Dealers only, visit www.mitsubishi-manilabay.com for inquiries).

Q: Are there special discounts, loan packages or freebies if loan acquired through MMFP?

A: Variety of MMPC Tie-up Promos are offered. (Please refer to MMFP website https://www.mmfp.ph).

Q: Are loan facilities of MMFP limited to private cars only?

A: MMFP currently focuses on financing vehicles for private use which allows competitive rates, faster approvals and targeted promos. This makes it easier to close retail sales – especially for the first-time buyers or families upgrading their vehicle. Commercial or business use are not yet covered, constantly evaluating expansion opportunities based on dealer feedback and customer demand.

Q: How can I apply for vehicle financing with MMFP?

A: Loan can only be applied through Mitsubishi Motors Dealers.

Q: Are the required documents and processes same as Security Bank?

A: Yes, they are same as Security Bank.
